About DDI Southeast
DDI Southeast was founded in 2007 as a general construction firm. Over the past 13 years, it has expanded its concentrations to include HVAC and Roofing Divisions in order to meet client needs. DDI is comprised of multi-level experienced personnel and resources in all phases of the construction field. Our team has the technical knowledge and broad market experience allowing DDI to deliver specialized services across the entire project life cycle.
Currently, the firm operates as a fully insured and bonded, self-performing contractor with completed and ongoing contracts for multiple Federal, State, and Local agencies and the private sector in the southeastern United States with a goal of continuous expansion. Our current bonding capacity is $5 million single $10 million aggregate.

Our safety culture starts with the DDI Southeast leadership and is executed by our qualified Safety Officers. Our safety team is experienced, well-trained and equipped with the resources to effectively administer all safety procedures.
Project Managers and Superintendents play a crucial role in the advancement of our safety procedures. Field supervisory personnel set the tone for safety at jobsites and understand their critical role in delivering safety messages to each worker. Field employees communicate safety concerns and lend their experience to daily safety plan procedures.
